A Prayer for Jared (and everyone who needs healing)
Heavenly Father,
We lift Jared to you today and all those who are asking for healing. We seek Your Face as You alone are our Healer, our Source for all things.
Jeremiah 30:16-17
Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil; and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey. For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying This is Zion whom no man seeketh after.
Lord, You are the Potter and we are the clay. You made us. We ask for You to properly restore Jared’s speech and all motor functions and restore him into who You created him to be. We stand against Satan and the kingdom of darkness in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior now and command death to flee! We loose the angels to minister to his soul and the souls of those who care for him, all who are involved. We ask You to strengthen them, Father, for this road. As Jared makes progress, we praise You for rebuilding him line upon line and precept upon precept, system upon system and function upon function.
Isaiah 64:8
But now, O Lord, thou art our father, we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
We loose patience and resilience into him and his care givers. Lord, You are not just our Healer, but our Refuge and Provider and we ask all of their needs be met financially, physically and emotionally as their souls find Rest in You. We loose the Peace of Jesus Christ and the mind of Christ upon them now.
Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
In Jesus Name we take authority over Jared’s body and brain and command all functions, systems and processes to come to life now! We loose life into every area: every cell, every gland, every electrical and mechanical process and response. We loose life into his mouth that he would speak in due season.,
Father, we know Jared is now living on borrowed time because You spared his life so we loose ministering angels to begin preparing his heart and his walk so that when he arises out of this hospital bed, he would walk in Your Ways.
We bind his feet to paths of righteousness for Your Name’s sake in Jesus Name and loose his feet from the paths of chaos and destruction.
Psalm 23:3
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
In Jesus Name I bind all broken hearts too and all the wounds that need healing lest the enemy cause them to fester. Lord, you are faithful and Your word says you will heal these wounds - all wounds, physical and the emotional ones on the inside which nobody sees except you.
Psalm 147:3
He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds.
Father, we ask You to pour Your balm of Gilead into every wound of Jared’s. The wounds in his heart and mind and soul. The wounds that hurt worse than the physical wounds, the ones that break a man. We ask you to restore unto Jared his soul, his purpose, who You created him to be. We also ask the same for his wife and care givers. Heal their broken hearts, Lord, for this is not a time of what ifs, but a time to rejoice! This is the day You have made, Lord and NOW is the day of the Lord’s Salvation!
Psalm 118:24
This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
2 Cor. 6:2
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation!
You have rescued, preserved and redeemed us O Lord! How great and mighty are Your ways! You are powerful and true, righteous and just! We serve the marvelous God over all creation! Thank You, Father, for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, Who now sits at Your Right Hand. Thank You for sending us the Gift of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, to guide us into all Truth! We accept and we receive and we BELIEVE!
We cast away all doubt, fear and disbelief now and ask forgiveness in Jesus Name. Forgive us our shortcomings, Lord, our fear and our limits that we put upon You in our human frailty.
Mark 5:36
As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
We believe, Lord, help our unbelief! We cancel the words of the naysayers, the medical hexes from doctors and others who believe not Your words, Lord. We believe! According to our faith be it unto us now!
Matt 9:29
Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
We are asking in Jesus Name that Jared arise and walk, that he begin to speak and that You, Lord, deliver Jared from this hospital care. We trust You, Lord, and we seek You for his healing, his hope and his future.
Jeremiah 29:11-12
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me and ye shall go and pray unto me and I will hearken unto you.
We praise You, Lord, Giver of life, and ask You of these things in Jesus Name.
